Queste condizioni sono concluse tra, da un lato, la società Cache Coeur, SRL con un capitale di 37000 euro, con sede a ZI de Kerscao, 29480 Le Relecq-Kerhuon, registrata nel Registro del Commercio e delle società di BREST nell'ambito del numero RCS di Brest 502 110 034, di seguito indicato come "CACHE COEUR" e, d'altra parte, le persone che desiderano effettuare un acquisto tramite il sito web di Cache Coeur www.cachecoeur.com, sito di e-commerce in seguito denominate "Acquirente".

Il sito è di proprietà dell'azienda Cache Coeur nella sua interezza, così come tutti i diritti correlati ad esso. Qualsiasi riproduzione, integrale o parziale, è sistematicamente soggetta all'autorizzazione dei proprietari.

I prodotti restano di proprietà di Cache Coeur fino all'integrale pagamento del prezzo.

Tuttavia, i prezzi non potranno essere modificati una volta effetuato l'ordine del cliente. Condizioni di validità

Prodotti in vendita sul sito www.cachecoeur.com sono disponibili entro il limite degli stock disponibili. Se uno o più prodotti ordinati non saranno più disponibili, l'acquirente sarà informato al più presto via e-mail. L'acquirente avrà quindi la possibilità di scegliere tra conservare il resto del ordine o annullarla per intero. Al momento dell'elaborazione del modulo di apertura del conto, della comunicazione dei propri dati personali, del suo numero di carta di credito e dei relativi dati riservati  e della convalida dell'ordine l'acquirente si impegna a rispettare le presenti condizioni contrattuali in applicazione dell'articolo 1316-1 del Codice civile francese.

Cache Coeur si riserva il diritto di annullare qualsiasi ordine di un cliente con il quale esista un lite relativa al pagamento di un ordine precedente. Le informazioni indicate dall'Acquirente, al momento dell'accettazione dell'ordine, impegnano quest'ultimo: in caso di errore nel testo delle coordinate del destinatario, il venditore non potrà essere ritenuto responsabile dell'impossibilità in cui potrebbe essere di consegnare il prodotto.

Qualsiasi ordine applica l'accettazione delle condizioni generali di vendita, prezzi e descrizioni dei prodotti disponibili per la vendita.
