Capucine shares with us her story as a mother!
Capucine is a 31 year old young woman and mother of a 9 month old baby girl. You must undoubtedly know her thanks to her Youtube channel and his Instagram account where she happily shares with her many subscribers her daily life as a woman and a mother. When her daughter was born, she made the choice to breastfeed, which is why we had the chance to introduce her to our brand. Face of Curve, she was kind enough to share her testimony on motherhood, breastfeeding and our breast pads Curve!
CAPUCINE & MATERNITY:
« After spending more than 10 years with the love of my life, having traveled all around the world, having bought our house, having flourished professionally, we wanted to found our family to enlarge our happiness. »
Capucine and her companion enjoyed life together before creating their family. They have gone from a two-to-one romantic life to a happy three-way life with their baby girl, born last October.
The first name was unanimous in the couple. The meaning of the word "Victory" and what this immediately represents makes sense for the 2 lovers. They quickly agreed on the first name. Victoria
CAPUCINE & BREASTFEEDING:
Capucine chose to’breast-feed about 9 months for the many benefits that breastfeeding has for her and herself.
« I think there are a lot of benefits such as protecting your baby from germs thanks to the antibodies in the breastmilk. The fact that it is the best diet that we can give our baby and that it is a privileged moment between mother and baby, a moment filled with tenderness and gentleness. »
« The more months go by, the more Victoria interacts with me during the suckling, she looks at me with those little almond-shaped black eyes, touches my hair, touches my face, squeezes me with those little fingers ... These are moments that I consider very precious. »
HER ADVICE FOR A FUTURE MOTHER:
« Ask for help if you have the slightest question or the slightest problem / pain, do not put pressure on yourself and above all trust yourself. »
Breastfeeding even though is a natural act, it is not something innate. There are ways to get advice or information about breastfeeding. First, with a lactation advisor and / or even your midwife, they will be able to advise and support you for your breastfeeding.
CAPUCINE & CURVE:
“I have leaked milk regularly while breastfeeding but it is starting to be rarer now at 8 months of breastfeeding. "
Capucine preferred to use our washable breast pads Curve because she finds them more comfortable, very absorbent, less visible under clothing and much more ecological!
THE BENEFITS OF CURVE CUSHIONS ACCORDING TO CAPUCINE:
“They are easy to put on / take off, we slip them into the bra and off we go for the day! I never had a T-shirt stained from a leak again. They are very absorbent therefore it is not necessary to change them during the day. »
