(1) Delivery times are provided for guidance only.
(2) For a Chronopost Express order placed on Friday before 1 p.m., Chronopost cannot guarantee delivery on Saturday.
(3) If a pick-up point is unavailable, Chronopost reserves the right to deliver to another pick-up point that may be closer to or further from the one originally selected.
For delivery to a pick-up point, you have 7 days to collect your parcel. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us and additional fees will be deducted from your refund:
- Free in mainland France
- €20 in Europe.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs charges are payable by the customer.
Wrong size or not quite the right fit?
At Cache Cœur, you can change your mind. If an item is not right for you, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.
Refunds and exchanges
When you make a return, the return shipping costs are deducted from the amount refunded. The refund is issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the items, using the payment method used for your purchase.
For guidance, the return shipping costs are shown in the table above.
For simplicity, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, style or colour, simply return the item and place a new order on our online shop.
For a return sent from a country outside the European Union, any customs charges will be deducted from the refund.
Return conditions
- Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete, with their tags attached, new, unworn and unwashed.
- For hygiene reasons, nursing pads, Curve Starter Kits, maternity tights, bolas and Cache Cœur chains cannot be returned.
- For promotional offers that include a free item, the free item must also be returned if the return means the order no longer meets the offer conditions. Otherwise, its value will be deducted from the refund.
- A €15 administration fee applies to gift card refunds.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the items, using the payment method used for the order.
- To return an order purchased via Click & Collect, please email sav@cachecoeur.com and specify the items you wish to return.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order, without having to provide a reason and without penalty, except for the return shipping costs, which remain your responsibility.
To make your return, please send us the following information:
- your first name and last name;
- your order number;
- the item(s) you wish to return;
- the reason for the return.
You will then receive the instructions needed to make your return by email.
The returns portal is reserved for customers in mainland France. If the portal is used from another country, an amount of 35 € will be deducted from the refund.
