Where are the clothes I buy made? Are the materials respectful of my skin and my baby's? Does the brand have any eco-responsible commitments? Is maternity and nursing lingerie or maternity clothing Oeko-Tex certified?

Because for Cache Coeur, transparency is not an option when dressing pregnant women and new mothers.
CERTIFICATION
This label is the global benchmark for textile safety. It guarantees that all materials used in our maternity and nursing lingerie products, as well as in all our maternity and nursing wear, have been tested and contain no harmful substances for health and the environment.
The OEKO-TEX Standard 100 label does not merely test raw fibers. It analyzes every component of the finished product: threads, dyes, elastic bands, clips, fasteners, linings. Every element, including the smallest finishing detail, must comply with strict thresholds for the absence of potentially dangerous substances.
We choose materials based on their suitability for the real needs of a pregnant or breastfeeding woman: softness, adaptability, breathability, durability.
And we search until we find exactly what we're looking for.
TENCEL
Cache Cœur uses TENCEL™ for its ability to gently and lightly embrace the body. This natural fiber offers a silky feel, excellent breathability, and lasting comfort, particularly appreciated during maternity.
It allows for the creation of comfortable garments that respect the skin while adapting to body changes.
Organic cotton is grown without pesticides, insecticides, or chemical fertilizers. Its cultivation prioritizes environmentally friendly farming practices, limiting its impact on soil, water, and biodiversity.
Naturally soft and breathable, organic cotton is particularly suitable for textiles worn directly on the skin, offering daily comfort and durability.
Cache Cœur incorporates recycled fibers into some technical materials, especially for swimwear and garments requiring strength and support. These fibers are selected for their durability and their ability to withstand repeated use and washing.
They help to limit environmental impact while meeting the comfort and performance requirements of the products.
The most environmentally friendly elastane variant. It provides the necessary adaptability for a growing belly (especially for our Chameleon jeans) while offering excellent resistance.
When you buy a Cache Cœur piece, you're buying a creation born in our Breton design house. Not a model bought in a showroom in Paris or Asia, customized with our logo and colors. Not an adaptation of a generic model.
Audrey Trolliet continues to prototype each model herself, thanks to her corsetry expertise inherited from major French lingerie houses. We choose each material. We sew, make, and unmake until perfection.
This choice to eliminate all intermediaries allows us to offer you premium quality at the fairest possible price.
Design is born in Brest. Manufacturing is entrusted to partner workshops selected according to strict criteria: quality of execution, technical standards, and decent working conditions. For some of them, we have been working together since our beginnings in 2008.
We are constantly seeking the perfect balance, even if it means abandoning an idea if its realization does not meet our requirements for quality or eco-responsibility.
We mainly work in Portugal, Tunisia, Turkey, and France for our maternity sailor shirts.
Sometimes, when product quality is at stake, we go further to ensure the best craftsmanship. For example, we chose Thailand for our cut-and-sew lines, but in a family workshop producing small quantities of impeccable quality.

Votre corps change, nos produits aussi. Grâce à nos bonnets stretchs et nos agrafages à 4 positions de réglage, vous conservez votre taille habituelle. Nos modèles s'adaptent naturellement à vos variations morphologiques tout au long de la grossesse et bien après.
Chaque morphologie mérite le meilleur. Nous ne nous contentons pas d'agrandir nos modèles : nous les redéveloppons. Pour les plus grandes tailles, nous élargissons les bretelles et ajoutons des baleines de renfort latérales pour garantir un maintien optimal sans compression.
Le souci du détail est partout : dans la perfection des finitions comme dans les nombreux contrôles qualité effectués lors de la fabrication. Une pièce Cache Cœur est faite pour durer.
Votre peau est plus sensible que jamais. C'est pourquoi notre entreprise est certifiée OEKO-TEX. Nous garantissons des matières exemptes de produits nocifs, spécifiquement développées pour le respect de votre épiderme et celui de votre bébé.
Nous savons que chaque minute compte. Nos clips aimantés (exclusivité Cache Cœur) s'ouvrent d'une seule main en un clin d'œil. Couplés à nos coussinets lavables Curve, ils vous assurent un allaitement serein, de jour comme de nuit.

It is important not to confuse these two certifications.
Cache Cœur is an OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified company. This company certification guarantees that 100% of our products, without exception, are tested and certified free of harmful substances for health. From sewing thread to nursing clips, everything is rigorously controlled to protect your skin and your baby's.
The GOTS certification is specific to certain products: It only concerns our organic cotton ranges (such as the Organic line). While OEKO-TEX guarantees the health safety of the finished product, the GOTS label also certifies the organic origin of the fibers and compliance with very strict social and environmental criteria throughout cotton production.
In summary: All our products are healthy and safe (OEKO-TEX), and some of them are also made of certified organic cotton (GOTS).
This is a major concern for expectant mothers. The OEKO-TEX and GOTS labels we use prohibit the use of chemical substances suspected of being endocrine disruptors (such as certain phthalates or azo dyes). Choosing certified lingerie or ready-to-wear means protecting your hormonal system and that of your baby during skin-to-skin contact.
Transparency is one of our values. You can check the validity of our certification at any time on the official OEKO-TEX website by entering our certificate number: CQ 1189/1. This guarantees that our controls are up to date and verified by an independent body (IFTH).
