How can I get help with breastfeeding?

Comment être aidé pour l’allaitement ?

Since 1992, the World Alliance for Breastfeeding Action (WABA) has organised World Breastfeeding Week. This year, the event takes place from October 9 to 16, a great opportunity for us to share a few breastfeeding tips with you!

During breastfeeding, your body continues to change and adapt. Your breasts may become fuller, and your bra size can change from one woman to another. It is therefore essential to choose suitable maternity and nursing lingerie to help you feel comfortable.

It is also important to know that establishing breastfeeding can take time. The first 2 or 3 weeks are often an adjustment period, during which your body gradually adapts to your baby’s needs. So try not to put too much pressure on yourself: patience is key.

When breastfeeding, finding a comfortable position is essential. Whether standing, sitting or lying down, the mother should feel at ease, as a good breastfeeding position can help support effective feeding and milk transfer.
