2. Returns

Abroad To your load Know that you can benefit from a refund, for this, you must send an email to sav@cachecoeur.com By indicating your surname, your order number and the article (s) concerned by the refund.


Return conditions

  • Possible returns up to 14 days after receipt of the articles by the customer.
  • The items must be returned in their original packaging, complete, labelled, new, unworn, unwashed.
    Breastfeeding pads, Curve Starters, pregnancy stickers, bolas, and Cache Coeur chains are not included as a hygienic measure.
  • As part of a promotional offer "one item offered", you must also return this item if return no longer makes your order eligible under the offer conditions. In case of non-return of item offered, value of latter will be deducted from refund.
  • As part of a "one free item" promotional offer, you must also return this item if the return no longer makes your order eligible for the terms of the offer. If the item offered is not returned, the value of the item will be deducted from the refund.
  • Reimbursements are subsequently made within 14 days of receipt of the items.


How do we return your article (s) from metropolitan France?

Return portal is reserved for customers in metropolitan France. For any use of portal outside mainland France, an amount of € 35 will be deducted from refund.

-Select your rebate method

-Select your relay point to return your order

-Get a return label

- Paste the return label on the package on a very visible side of the parcel.

How do we return your article (s) outside of metropolitan France?

Coeur Cache allows you to benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period From the date of delivery to return the item ordered without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties excepting the cost of return that will remain at your expense, in accordance with the articles L 121-20 et seq. Of the French Consumer Code.

You can also be reimbursed, to do so, send an email to sav@cachecoeur.com, indicate your surname, your order number and the concerned article(s)


You will then receive by email a return authorization to print and to attach to your package.
The items must be returned in their original packaging, complete, labelled, new, not washed and accompanied by the return slip.

You must not use return portal which is reserved for customers in metropolitan France. For any use of the portal outside metropolitan France, an amount of € 35 will be deducted from refund.


When will I receive my refund?


The refund of returned items is carried out as soon as possible and can be no later than 14 days after the receipt of your return. Once the products are received, controlled and accepted by our logistics team, the reimbursement of the products can be realized. You will be reimbursed through the same payment mean you used when you placed your order.


Can I exchange an article?


To make it way easier, we will refund the amount of the returned product(s) if they are not suitable for you. If you want a new size, model or other color, you just need to re-order at our online store.
