For delivery to a relay point, you have 7 days to collect your parcel. Once this period has passed, the parcel will be returned to us, and you will be charged additional fees upon your refund:
- €5.95 in Mainland France
- €20 in Europe.

2. Return

An item you ordered is not the right size, or is not going? At Cache Coeur you have the right to make mistakes!

Refunds and exchanges 

When You make a return : THE returns costs are deducted refund and you will be Refunded within 14 days On the payment method you used during your purchase.
As an indication, the amounts of returns costs are indicated in the table above.

For more simplicity, We do not have exchanges. If you want a new size, another model or another color, you can make a return and iron an order on our online store. 

Returning conditions

- Returns possible up to 14 days after receipt of the items by the customer.

- The items will have to be returned to their original, complete, labeled, new, unwanted, unwashed packaging.
As a hygiene measurement, breastfeeding pads, curve kits, pregnancy tights, Bolas and cache hearts are not taken up. 

- As part of a promotional offer "an article offered", you must also return this article if the return no longer makes your order eligible for the conditions of the offer.
In the event of a return of the article offered, the value of the latter will be deducted from the reimbursement.

- Management fees of € 15 are applied for the refund of gift cards.

- THE reimbursements are subsequently made Within 14 days, after receipt and control of the items, on the means of settlement used to pay your order.
