How to use and care for washable pads?
Using washable nursing pads is a simple, natural, and comfortable choice in a mother’s daily life. Depending on the model chosen and your milk flow intensity, the frequency of change may vary: every 6 hours for Slim versions, every 9 hours for Day pads, and up to 12 hours for Night models. Of course, you can change them whenever you feel the need, especially after a milk surge or depending on your breastfeeding rhythm.
To maintain their absorbent properties and ensure perfect hygiene, proper care is essential. We recommend machine washing after each use and at 60°C at least once a week to eliminate bacteria. You can also wash them with your baby's laundry.
Drying can be done in the open air, in a dry and well-ventilated place, or in the dryer for more convenience.
With regular use and proper care, your washable reusable pads will maintain their absorbent power and support you confidently throughout your breastfeeding journey.
