Fashion Week Spring-Summer 2016

After New York, London and Milan, it's Paris to close these four weeks of Fashion Week Spring-summer 2016.

From September 29 to October 7, for ready-to-wear week, creative boiling takes up residence in the capital for a few days under the sign of fashion. With 91 parades registered in the official calendar, Paris will live an intense week, rich in events ... and emotions!

The 2016 ready-to-wear trends we will be revealed throughout this week. This is an opportunity for fashion lovers to discover the next trends and for the brand to communicate on their know-how.

The creators will invest many prestigious Parisian places: reception of parades at the Palais de Tokyo, the Grand Palais, at the Palais des Beaux-Arts, at Eppere Tuileries, at the Salomon Hotel in Rothschild, the Arab World Institute, The Paris City Hall, the Jeu de Paume, the Opera Bastille or the Mona Bismarck American Center.

But the Fashion Week Not taking place in Paris, since it is present in the 4 major fashion capitals: New York, London, Milan and Paris. The succession of these 4 weeks is commonly called the "Big Four" by the Anglo-Saxon media.

Traditionally, the first week is awarded to New York, the second in London, the third in Milan and finally the last week in Paris, with in some cases "pre-collections". Each city has a different atmosphere.

With its slogan "The fashion loves Paris", the capital will put itself in the colors of the event and the Eiffel Tower will be illuminated every evening, showing the word "fashion" with each flicker.
