What is SMAM?

World Breastfeeding Week (SMAM) has been organized since 1992 by the World Breastfeeding Alliance (WABA) since 1992. During this period, all organizations or people can support, protect and encourage breastfeeding. This organization defends a simple principle: that thebreastfeeding is a right of women and children. But also to become aware of the importance of breastfeeding for the development of the child.

 

Why breastfeed?
